Whoever designs the menu, the form or the default option is a choice architect whether they intend to be or not.<\/p>\n<p>Thaler, who won the Nobel Prize in economics, and Sunstein argue that this can be used deliberately and gently: changing defaults on pension enrolment or organ donation, without removing anyone&#8217;s freedom to choose otherwise.
