How long does delivery take?
Orders within Lebanon are usually dispatched in 1 to 3 working days and arrive within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your area. In-stock titles ship fastest; special orders may take a little longer and we will keep you informed.
Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Yes, we deliver everywhere in Lebanon. Delivery is free on orders over $40; below that a small flat fee is calculated at checkout based on your area.
Do you ship outside Lebanon?
We can ship to the Gulf region (KSA, UAE, Qatar) on request. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping and timing.
Can I return or exchange a book?
Yes. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. If a book arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it in full. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Do you sell Arabic books?
Yes. Our Arabic & Special (كتب خاصة) collection carries Arabic editions, rare and special titles alongside our English catalogue of more than 1,500 books.
Can I order a book you do not have in stock?
Often, yes. As a publishing and distribution house we can source many titles on request. Contact us with the title and author and we will do our best to get it for you.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely at checkout by card or the local payment options shown. Your payment details are handled by our secure provider and never stored on our servers.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our showroom in Bahsas, Tripoli, and you can also collect online orders there.
