How your books get to you.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Lebanon. We are not shipping internationally from this website at
present. If you are outside Lebanon and want to order, write to
info@darelchimal.com and we will tell you what is possible.

Delivery cost and time

Delivery within Lebanon is a flat $5, wherever you are, however many books you order.
The charge is shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the full total before confirming.

Orders normally arrive within 2 to 4 days of being dispatched. If a title has to be
brought in for you, it may take longer and we will tell you.

When your order is prepared

Orders are picked and packed at our premises in Bahsas, Tripoli. Titles held in stock are prepared
first; if something in your order has to be brought in, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting
without news. If part of your order is ready and part is not, we will ask whether you would like it sent
in two parts or held until it is complete.

Following your order

You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and again when it is on its way. You can also
see your orders at any time under My account.

Collecting in person

You are welcome to collect an order from us in Tripoli instead of having it delivered. Choose that
option at checkout if it is available, or contact us and we will arrange it.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us and we will trace it and put it right.
