Return window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
How to return
Contact us first at the number or email below and we will arrange the return. Return the item securely packaged. Items damaged in return transit due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, downloadable products and clearance items marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
