Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it and begin preparing it. If a
title turns out to be unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and offer either a
replacement or a refund of that item.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in the currency selected on the site and may change without
notice. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed. Payment is taken at the
time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Descriptions and images

We describe every book as accurately as we can, including the author, publisher and ISBN where they
are known. Cover images are supplied by publishers and distributors; a publisher may change a cover or
issue a new edition, so the book you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the image shown.
If the edition matters to you, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is in stock.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried

covers, titles and descriptions remain the property of their respective publishers and authors.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the books you ordered in the condition described. We are not
responsible for losses beyond that which we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms
removes any right you have under Lebanese consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Tripoli have jurisdiction over
any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version
that applies to your order.
